SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY METHOD

All orders are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia. Our local shipment (within Indonesia) will be shipped with JNE, Gojek (Go-Send), or Grab Express.

• For regular orders, Shipping Days Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. Items will be shipped on the same day for orders before 13.00.
  
• For pre-orders, Shipping Days will depend on the estimated delivery that was informed as you place your order.
  

Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track your order on the website.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer international shipping with TGI Express for Malaysia / Singapore and DHL for other countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• If you are ordering from a country other than Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines or Australia,  please contact our WhatsApp Customer Service at +62 838 91196355, and we will assist you directly with your purchase.
• For international orders, additional taxes, customs duties and fees may be added according to the laws of the destination country.
• We are not liable to calculate or pay for any of these fees. Please contact your destination’s customs offices to get more information on customs, import fees and taxes.
