You may request an Exchange within 7 days after receiving your order and it must not have been used, worn, washed, and hangtags not removed. The items should be shipped to us within 7 days after arrival and received during operational hours (Mon-Fri, 09.00-18.00 GMT +7). We accept size and product exchange. We do not accept Refunds unless the items arrived defected (with proof of unboxing video). Clearance Sale, Defect Sale, Sample Sale, and Promo Products cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reasons.
To request an Exchange or Refund, contact our Customer Service at Whatsapp +62838 91196355. Our team will check your items once it arrives and contact you as early as possible. We may reject your items if it arrived with stains (dirt, makeup, etc), has been clearly worn or washed, hangtag has been removed, shipped after 7 days after arrival, or not packaged properly (not sealed)
For Indonesian Orders:
If you return your item by Gojek or Grab, please let us know before you order. We will not be responsible if a package is missing because it arrives outside our operational hour. Our workshop is not open for public and we currently do not accept customers or guests, please send your return through JNE/ Gojek/ Grab, etc.
